Bloom Women's Luncheon
The Pflugerville Education Foundation invites you to the 4th Annual Bloom Women's Luncheon on Thursday, March 12, 2026 to celebrate Women's History Month and the amazing women of our community. Join us for inspiration, networking, and leadership of Pfhenomenal Pflugerville Women. This event is for anyone that supports strong and impactful women. In addition to an inspiring program, we will present awards to Pflugerville women making an impact.
We're excited to welcome Marion Jones as the keynote speaker for the event. Marion is a former U.S. Olympian and world-class athlete. She will take the stage and share her incredible journey and inspiring message with our community as we celebrate Women's History Month and honor Pfhenomenal women in the community.

We encourage you to nominate someone that you know who is deserving of the following awards. There are three categories focused on individuals, the community and schools presented by the Pflugerville Education Foundation.

Pfantastic Mentor Award presented by PEF
The Pfantastic Mentor Award recognizes an exceptional woman who is dedicating her time to mentorship making an impact in her community. This award honors a trailblazer who is making a significant impact in her industry and/or community, while inspiring and teaching others to pursue their passions.
Eligibility:
- Demonstrated impact on her community (Pflugerville or elsewhere)
- Actively gives back to her community professionally or personally through mentorship
Award Criteria:
- Community achievements and impact
- Leadership and vision
- Community involvement and mentorship
Pfabulous Community Leader presented by PEF
The Pfabulous Community Leader Award recognizes an established female leader in Pflugerville making an impact in our community. This award honors the servant leader who is making a significant impact to the Pflugerville community, through leadership in their professional or personal life. They inspire us to follow them and lead others to do great things.
Eligibility:
- Female resident of Pflugerville community
- Demonstrated leadership in Pflugerville through civic life or other means
- Actively gives back to her community professionally or personally through mentorship, volunteering, or philanthropy
Award Criteria:
- Community and civic achievements and impact
- Leadership and vision (doesn't need to hold a leadership role but be a leader)
- Community involvement and leadership
Pfhenomenal Volunteer Award presented by PEF
The Pfhenomenal Volunteer Award recognizes a volunteer extraordinaire in our community. Their willingness to give back to our community through leadership, time, financial support or other ways is what makes our community special. This recognizes the worker bees in our communities who don't seek the limelight but without their support things wouldn't happen. They go above and beyond what they are asked, always.
Eligibility:
- Volunteer within the Community
- Support our community with her skills, time, effort, supplies, funds, or other means
- Committed to the success and growth of our community.
Award Criteria:
- Leadership and vision (doesn't need to hold a leadership role but be a leader)
- Innovation and creativity
- Community involvement and mentorship
