There are six categories with three focused on community and schools presented by the Pflugerville Education Foundation and three focused on local businesses presented by the Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce.

Pfantastic PfISD Alumni Award presented by PEF
The Pfantastic PfISD Alumni Award recognizes an outstanding alumnus who has graduated from Pflugerville ISD schools and has made or is making an impact in their community. This award honors a trailblazer who is making a significant impact in her industry and community, while inspiring others to pursue their passions.
Eligibility:
- Female Graduate of PfISD school
- Demonstrated impact on their community (Pflugerville or elsewhere)
- Actively gives back to her community professionally or personally through mentorship, volunteering, or philanthropy

Pfabulous Community Leader presented by PEF
The Pfabulous Community Leader Award recognizes an established female leader in Pflugerville making an impact in our community. This award honors the servant leader who is making a significant impact to the Pflugerville community, through leadership in their professional or personal life. They inspire us to follow them and lead others to do great things.
Eligibility:
- Female resident of Pflugerville community
- Demonstrated leadership in Pflugerville through civic life or other means
- Actively gives back to her community professionally or personally through mentorship, volunteering, or philanthropy
Award Criteria:
- Community and civic achievements and impact
- Leadership and vision (doesn’t need to hold a leadership role but be a leader)
- Community involvement and leadership
Pfhenomenal PfISD Volunteer Award presented by PEF
The Pfhenomenal PfISD Volunteer Award recognizes a volunteer extraordinaire in our Pflugerville schools. Their willingness to give back to PFISD through leadership, time, financial support or other ways is what makes our classrooms thrive. This award recognizes the worker bees in our communities who don’t seek the limelight but without their support things wouldn’t happen (school plays, classroom projects, fundraisers, etc.). They go above and beyond what they are asked, always.
Eligibility:
- Volunteer at Pflugerville ISD
- Support our schools through skills, time, effort, supplies, funds, or other means
- Committed to the success of Pflugerville ISD schools
Award Criteria:
- Leadership and vision (doesn’t need to hold a leadership role but be a leader)
- PTO involvement or officer (not required)
- Innovation and creativity
- Community involvement and mentorship
Young Entrepreneur Award presented by the Pf Chamber
The Young Entrepreneur Award recognizes an outstanding young woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit in her business endeavors. This award honors a trailblazer who is making a significant impact in her industry and community, while inspiring others to pursue their passions. Join us in celebrating the achievements of young women entrepreneurs!
Eligibility:
- Woman entrepreneur under the age of 35
- Demonstrated success and growth in her business
- Shows innovation, creativity, and resilience in her entrepreneurial journey
- Actively gives back to her community through mentorship, volunteering, or philanthropy

The Empowerment Award presented by the Pf Chamber
This award honors an outstanding entrepreneur from an underrepresented group who has made significant contributions to their industry and community. The recipient is a trailblazer who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, innovation, and dedication to creating positive change. Join us in celebrating the achievements of underrepresented entrepreneurs who are shaping the future of business and community!
Must be an owner or co-owner of a business
- Identify as a member of an underrepresented group (e.g. woman, person of color, LGBTQ+, person with a disability, etc.)

The Pinnacle Award for Women in Business presented by the Pf Chamber
This prestigious award recognizes and celebrates the outstanding achievements of a woman-owned business that embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship, innovation, and community involvement. The recipient of this award demonstrates exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication to their industry, making a significant impact on the local economy and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a woman-owned business (51% or more ownership)
- Demonstrates business excellence and growth
- Shows commitment to community involvement and philanthropy
- Exhibits innovative practices and leadership in their industry
