Tonia Misvaer, CEO Of Erin Condren, to Serve as Keynote Speaker at 3rd Annual Bloom Women's Luncheon, Honoring Pflugerville Women

Pflugerville, TX (October 15, 2024) – The Pflugerville Education Foundation (PEF) is excited
to present the third annual Bloom Luncheon, a celebration of the remarkable women in the
Pflugerville community. This year, we are proud to partner with the Pflugerville Chamber of
Commerce, expanding our reach to the local business community. Our keynote speaker, Tonia
Misvaer, chief executive officer of Erin Condren, a local manufacturer, will share her insights and
experiences leading this successful brand. This year’s partnership with the Pflugerville Chamber
is a testament to our shared commitment to supporting Pflugerville teachers and students.

Misvaer has been CEO since 2020 and is committed to fostering a human-centric organization
that puts people first while continuing an emphasis on philanthropy that has long been
intertwined in the brand’s DNA and purpose. Her focus on growing the Erin Condren brand and
bringing the highest quality in on-demand manufacturing and technical infrastructure right here
in Pflugerville highlights the excellence in female leadership and women's empowerment in
business—just what our Bloom Luncheon looks to highlight in its award nominations.

"We are delighted to have Tonia Misvaer share her story and highlight how the Pflugerville
business community has helped to build this brand. This is why our partnership with the
Pflugerville Chamber of Commerce is so instrumental. Together we can do so much more for
our local community and schools," said Staci Young, president of the Pflugerville Education
Foundation. "The Foundation relies on businesses like Erin Condren, and this event will bring us
closer to meeting our mission."

“We are excited to collaborate with the Pflugerville Education Foundation on this important
event, said Kristen Cepak, president and chief executive officer of the Pflugerville Chamber of
Commerce. “Our shared commitment to supporting the Pflugerville community makes this a
natural partnership. By highlighting the achievements of women in our area, we hope to inspire
others to support women-owned businesses and our local schools.”

Gabriella Bermea and Margot Harmatuk co-chair this annual event and honor the achievements
and contributions of women in the Pflugerville community with several awards nominated by our
