The Pflugerville Education Foundation (PEF) was created in 2006 to support educational excellence and promote community engagement for the Pflugerville Independent School District community, with all funding raised by the community going toward Pflugerville schools.
Each year, the PEF nominates new officers from its board to serve on the executive committee, which provides guidance to the full board on financial and governance issues throughout the year. These dedicated volunteers come from all walks of life in our community and from various professional backgrounds. They commit time and expertise to growing the Pfoundation and ensuring we meet our mission and goals.
PEF’s mission is to recognize student achievement and provide grants for innovative teaching methods and creative approaches that improve student success. Its activities are supported entirely by donations from members of the community who desire to enhance local education for all students.
